Location: San Ramon, CA Duration: Fulltime Job Description: 15+ years of SAP S/4HANA Test Management experience in the context of implementation of S/4HANA program - Finance, Asset Management and Materials Management Works closely with S/4HANA Program Management team and Vendor Partners to ensure release implementation per plan. Manage customer relationship and meet all the contractual obligations. Adherence to Program and Project charter - Schedule, Quality, Efforts/Costs. Able to coordinate with offshore and onsite delivery teams, other supporting vendors and Chevron platforms team to ensure timely and quality of delivery. Management of Communication and Stakeholder Management Prepare and Review Test status on a periodic basis with Chevron management team. Effective management and tracking of issues/risks, SLA/KPI/Metrics related to testing work stream. Participate and Review test work stream templates, documents, processes/approach, plans and schedule. Drive the Testing Execution, facilitate regular defect triage meetings, and Provide updates to Chevron Program team. Coordinate cut-over activities, including code migration, data migration, and test environment planning. Create and publish the Test environment plan (requirement calendar) and work with the Chevron platforms & infrastructure team to setup and configure right environments and data for the purpose of Automation and Test execution. Facilitate identification of interface dependent data fields, coordinate inputs from relevant S/4HANA program development teams. Establish Test Data Strategy for integrated projects/applications for which test data preparation and loading will be performed by the Dev partner. Responsible for Demand and change management - Work with the Chevron Program management team to track and review resource utilization and demand forecast.
